• “Initiation of EWEB Special Area Zone” is on the Eugene City Council agenda for 7:30 pm Monday, Sept. 24, in the Eugene Public Library. This item is in regard to privatization and redevelopment of public lands along the Willamette River that are no longer being used by EWEB.
