Dinner, Conversation and Art at the Historic Mims House

The Eugene/Springfield chapter of the NAACP is hosting “Love You Madly:” Dinner, Conversation and Art at the Historic Mims House. “Love You Madly” is a conversation series featuring local black artists and/or activists. The series spans from November until the end of December with this week’s centered on “The Visual Arts and Life in Oregon” with Portland native Yvonne Stubbs. Each event features a buffet meal, time to mingle with the presenter, a lecture, Q&A and group discussion. 

The next  “Love You Madly” is 7-10 pm Wednesday, Nov. 15, at the Historic Mims House (330 High Street). Each “Love You Madly” event is $20. Tickets are available for purchase at eventbrite.com.  — Meerah Powell
