Nothing adds more fun to politics than puppies. Seriously. All this brouhaha over Romney and his competitive horse prancer Rafalca (full disclosure, I do a little competitive horse prancing myself) has distracted us from poor Seamus, the pup Mitt strapped on the roof of his car.
