An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Monday and Friday, repeating indefinitely

Refuge Recovery from addiction is a program based on the Buddhist practices of meditation, mindfulness, compassion, forgiveness, and generosity to heal the pain and suffering that all forms of addiction has caused. Meetings open with either a mindfulness or concentration meditation, followed by reading of a text and then open discussion.   Please contact ohaire@comcast.net  if you have questions.
