Join the Middle Fork Willamette Watershed Council and Willamalane Park and Recreation District at Hilltop Bar & Grill to learn more about the history, recreation opportunities, and the need for restoration at Thurston Hills Natural Area. Middle Fork Willamette Watershed Council’s Restoration Projects Manager, Audrey Squires, will be joined by her partners at Willamalane (Natural Resource Specialist, Emily Ring and Natural Resource Planner, Fraser MacDonald) to present about their work and the connection between restoration and recreation in Thurston Hills.
The event will be held on 6-8 pm, Tuesday, May 8 at the Hilltop Bar & Grill in Pleasant Hill (35831 OR-58 #2, Pleasant Hill, OR 97455). Join our project leads and partners, including the Bureau of Land Management and Disciples of Dirt, from 6 to 7pm for an hour of socializing and information sharing. The presentation will start at 7pm with time for questions afterwards. Hilltop has generously offered donate 10 percent of all proceeds between 6 and 9 pm to the Middle Fork Willamette Watershed Council.
