An event every week that begins at 12:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 10, 2019
Join us in our weekly drop-in sessions. Each month, we fous on one of four styles of meditation (Focus, Mindfulness, Open Heart, Quiet Mind) and offer tips and instruction on how to maximize your practice. Classes are held over the noon hour, from 12:10-12:50.
