Exhibit of Antique Turkish Kilims (flat / split weave rugs or wall hangings) hand-made rugs from Turkey, Syria, and other Middle East areas at Eugene Textile Center Gallery.  All are over 50 years old, some are for sale.

Beginning August 30th, through October 11th.  Hours: Monday –Saturday 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.  No charge.

1510 Jacobs Dr. Eugene, OR 97402, about a mile south of Beltline just off Highway 99 southbound.   Anne Daughtry, the owner of these antique textiles, will present a short talk on September 13th, at 2:00 pm. Topics will include historical and geographical context, various weaves, dyes, designs, and uses.

Eugene Textile Center features a variety of fibers, yarns, wools, looms, felting supplies, fabric dyes, books, and the lab available for rent for dying fabric or yarn, or other activities requiring special equipment or space.
