About The Palmo Center
The center is founded and directed by the inspiring vision of Venerable Lady Palmo and her honorable sons, His Eminence Ngalo Rinpoche and The Venerable Jigme Rinpoche. The Palmo Center is consecrated and inaugurated by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
The Palmo Center for Peace & Education is created to serve His Holiness, the Dalai Lama’s three major commitments: the promotion of basic human values or secular ethics in the interest of human happiness, the fostering of inter‐religious harmony and the preservation of the endangered Tibetan Buddhist culture, a culture of peace and non‐violence.
About the Venerable Tulku Jigme Rinpoche
Rinpoche travels and teaches widely in Europe and America, conducting workshops, lectures and courses on important works in the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition at various venues such as Dharma centers, libraries, art galleries, high schools, colleges and universities. He teaches with humor, clarity and insight relevant to the Western mind.
