Living in Limbo: Syrian Refugees Trapped in Greece: As a followup to World Refugee Day (on June 20), come to the Eugene Public Library (100 W. 10th Ave., Eugene) for a talk by Tod Schneider on Saturday, June 23, from 4-5 p.m. Tod will share his experiences helping Syrian refugees in Greece. This free event is open to the public. Sponsored by the Refugee Resettlement Coalition of Lane County, a coalition of faith-based groups, service organizations, and people from the Eugene-Springfield community coordinating with Catholic Community Services to welcome and support refugees resettling in Lane County, and the Eugene Public Library.
