In this class we will learn how to use meditation to improve our daily lives and develop lasting inner peace and happiness. The class begins and ends with guided meditations that are suitable for both beginning and advanced practitioners. A teaching will also be given about the meditation based on Buddhist texts. Please feel free to drop by for any class. All are welcome!
