Monday Evening Meditation

Learn about meditation and Buddhist psychology and enjoy guided meditations. Topics vary and include how to overcome anger and develop patience, how to increase love and compassion, and how to apply Buddha’s wisdom teachings to our daily life. Feel free to drop into any of these classes. Find us at the venue by going to the second floor and looking for an image of Buddha on the door.
