Movement with the Mind of Meditation

Spend a morning learning about the nexus of meditation and movement, beginning with the movement of walking and running. At this workshop you will be introduced to sitting meditation, then will be guided on a walk or run on the nearby footpaths with a new awareness.
The workshop is based on the book “Running with the Mind of Meditation: Lessons for Training the Body and the Mind, written by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
This workshop is led by Cynthia MacKay, who has traveled extensively to learn, teach, and to run marathons. People of all walking and running abilities are welcome. $25 includes lunch. Generousity Policy available. Space limited.
