Prenatal Yoga Series
October 18 • 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm• $65
Prepare the body and mind for labor, delivery and motherhood. Yoga poses, breath work and meditation designed specifically for pregnant women will promote strength, flexibility, good posture, and stress relief. Five Thursdays, 1:30-2:30pm, 10/18-11/15. No prior yoga experience necessary, but do get approval from your doctor before and throughout your practice. Learn more and register through the ticket link.
