Strength & Conditioning for Dancers

Learn the best exercises and stretches for getting the most out of partner dancing. We’ll discuss how to create a proper frame and how to strengthen your back and body to make the frame. We’ll also work on how to lengthen and strengthen your legs for those long nights on the dance floor! Taught by Salseros Dance Studio instructor Paula Tomczak.
All levels welcome, and the workshop is open to both men and women.
