This workshop explores the wonderful and surprising connections between your mind and body, your fitness and your sexual health. With frank and open discussion it aims to entertain you while giving you accessible tools to make fitness enjoyable and achievable in an open, inclusive, body positive, sex positive and safe environment. Explore transformative and exciting new ways to connect with other humans and your own body.
