About Cascades Raptor Center
Cascades Raptor Center fosters connections between people and birds of prey through two primary means — nature education and a wildlife hospital. Our goal is to help the human part of the natural community learn to value, understand and honor the role of wildlife in preserving the natural and cultural heritage of the Pacific Northwest. In our wildlife hospital, we rehabilitate injured, orphaned and sick birds of prey, and serve as a community resource when wildlife concerns and questions arise. Our public education is designed to enhance awareness, respect, appreciation and care for the earth and all of its inhabitants. We achieve this by welcoming some 30,000 visitors of all ages each year to see and learn about our large collection of resident birds, as well as presenting programs on- and off-site.
Cascades Raptor Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization incorporated in 1990, listed as ‘Gold’ level on Guidestar, one of the 100 Best Fan-Favorite Destinations in Oregon, and is a top-rated local attraction on Trip Advisor, Google, and Yelp.
Come join us for an evening of raptors and revelry at Cascades Raptor Center’s Talons, Tastings and Tidbits!
