Incorporating martial arts fitness and self-defense defense techniques, this class expands on the physical techniques of Warrior Sisters free Sunday class to include more intensity drills, ground survival, and weapons defenses. This class is designed to be both challenging and accessible for women of all fitness levels. $5-$10 suggested donation.
